As a real estate professional I am dedicated to working with and for my clients. My real estate and past business experiences provide the knowledge and experience to help those buying or selling property. Much of my training has been in the trenches working with and being mentored by some of the best Realtors® in the business. Beyond my real world training, I hold the following Real Estate Designations;
I have served as a 3 year Director for the Knox County Board of Realtors.
Prior to real estate my career was centered around technology automating processes for some of the largest financial institutions in the country. This not only required designing and developing software but more importantly in managing and documenting projects to insure that all bases were covered in order to meet designated timelines. Probably the most important skill was in working directly with clients and the ability of using non technical jargon to not only identify and prioritize functional requirements, but in also designing the most productive and user friendly interface in order to maximize efficiency and success.
As a former Traffic Commission member and active church member I believe it's important to serve others. Because of my long term passion for photography I am active in the photography group of the Knox County Art League where I am a member of the board of directors. I've written for a number of technology related periodicals and author of "Fearful To Fearless." I maintain a number of faith based websites and founder of Koozzz Publishing.
